I like the cubesat idea. Maybe some people at SpaceX could be convinced to haul a little one up to the ISS with payment as the rights to the IP on the off chance that it works. And NASA designs and pays for and builds the test cubesat.

I'd like to add Dark Matter to the list. No doubt many will object since the effects of what we call Dark Matter are observed to hold galaxies together. But the absence of any direct analysis of this stuff and the lack of theory as to what it is makes it weird, not proven to my mind.

Maybe someone from the blogosphere will attend the trial.
These things tend to move a a snails pace though.

There are some great comments from Tom Clarke on Mats' blog especially discussion around the test that most convinced him years ago. I think it shows just how devious a scam could be, especially in regard to hidden power and dummy water pumps.

I moderate my opinion on however. Rossi isn't stupid and probably has some objective evidence to back up most of what he asserts in that last blog post that Axil put out above.

They filed this in February 2015, before the test. It appears to be a non-issue. They were only covering the bases, and with Rossiclown's name on it.
