No "reserve"...
Pure speculation: This is a result of budget trimming and holding the money in "reserve" in case WB-7 green lights further efforts. Isolationism...?
Just because a country has nuke weapons doesn't mean it has to use them, I think most countrys nowdays are grown up enough to only use them in self defence, rather than be aggressive with them. No, it doesn't have to use them. But Iran has stated publically that Israel should be wiped off the face ...

Re - It is being done... (Shows me!)
Orange County, CA is doing exactly this with a new system that takes raw sewage, pushes it through reverse-osmosis filters, and recharges local aquifers... One thing I would like to see is the aquifers in the world refilled... ...So you can put the plants near the ocean, then have pipelines going to the big aquifers. ...Then of course clean pure water for people to use in cities. I would offer that there is no profit in dumping reverse-osmosis produce...

What is the orientation of your visualization "slice&qu
As I said this is an electro-STATIC simulation. Indrek- This is all very impressive, thanks for your work. But as I look at it I am trying to figure out the orientation of the different pictures. Are they "sliced" diagonally through the center of the "cube" so as to slip between two adjacent faces ...

Too much credit to the Navy...
Bussard's device, if it ever is made to work, was financed with Navy dollars, though Bussard himself (and presumably, his estate) holds the patents to the devices, which puts EMC2 Corp. in an interesting legal position. But I'm sure the Navy has other levers they could use to prevent its "premature...
