A choice of words, that from my perspective applies to you more so than me. Of the two of us, I perceive that I am the only one with any real experience dealing with people addicted to hard drugs. You are still in the wading pool of the drug culture. Get in deeper and I fear you will drown. The Swi...

Minimum size of a power producing polywell?

So a quick question for an oncoming sci-fi novel. What's the smallest you could make a power producing polywell, assuming that A. it works like we think it does, B. you're using P+b11. I'm thinking of two separte size questions-- 1. how much stuff would you have to have stored to build one (think of...

I tend to try to avoid political debates, but there is another issue about the war on drugs. Has it been successful? Forget morality or anything else, Has it stopped the flow of drugs, or made them harder to get? The answer is: no. IN fact, it's helped spur the development of new drugs, meth, etc, t...

Kickstarting Polywell?

So a question-- I don't believe any kickstarter project has come close to the money needed for polywell, but if someone tried, what would be the requirements of such a project?

There may be another erason they changed-- back in the 1980's, few people had contact with Russians, even more so for Chinese. Today, Chinese visitors, tourists and Chinese-American citizens are very common, and it gets hard to present the idea of them as some faceless invader. NK is cut off, likes ...

Bit of a stretch for China, as well, because I think they may be able to manage a Battalion level opposed landing. Their largest ship can just about manage a battalion, but it's no where near as good as our Tarawa's let alone what we have now. Essentially, if you're assuming magic pixie dust lets pe...

Re: Palladium LENR running at MIT since January?

It would be, were the device carefully analysed and checked. I've tried without success to find a writeup quantifying all the possible error sources: or even detailed enough to let 3rd party do this. Yeah. Granted there are complexities involved in this, but you'd think that before anyone would eve...

And the number of those that are actually operational?
I doubt anyone knows, which makes it a heck of a game of Russian roulette if you live in Seoul.

Looking at What Rossi has supposedly said, which changes, much like the wind, we have: Cold Fusion Now (represented by Ruby Carat) interviewed Rossi in his office in Florida on March 2nd; the interview covered various themes and one of the themes touched on was the safety certifications. Rossi, neve...

Strangely enough he has demonstrated several working E-Cats. You don't believe him and apparently would doubt even a university replication as you don't believe LENR is more than instrument error. Someone as pathologically skeptical as you would not believe cold fusion unless you did the experiment...

he can't tell us. He's building the E-cats to power the Imperial Japanese Submarine Atragon, which will save us all from the Lost Kingdom of Mu.

Now Rossi is saying that he'll be suing people for libel.

Very soon. Just as soon as one of his magic boxes is on the market. Probably made in his robot factory.
