Interesting test. Here are issues that the NyTeknik report and video raises in my mind. 1. Evidently no control test, e.g. without hydrogen, was run. So there's no baseline for the accuracy and efficiency of the calorimetry. 2. The position of the secondary output thermocouple suggests it could easi...

The day of decision is October 6. The location of the test is announced, and will be independently observed. I can hardly wait. There have been a number of criticisms and speculations offered regarding S. Rossi's somewhat peculiar strategy for technology development, product introduction, and public...

The Focardi-Rossi epic has featured a substantial undertone of humbuggery, particularly the January public demonstration. The methods and equipment were so embarrassing that the experimenters were compelled to perform a (non-public) redo in February. The description of the February test, with an 18 ...

Comment from Delta Ohm
I submitted a question to Delta Ohm srl: Sirs, I have a question regarding the suitability for a particular purpose of one of your instruments, the Delta OHM # HD37AB1347 Indoor Air Quality Monitor. The purpose is to measure accurately the relative quantity of steam to liquid water aerosol in a gase...

Angel's advocate: Assuming no jiggery or pokery, the volume of water in the device before vs. after the experiment shouldn't matter. Water comes out of the device until it starts to boil. Then the steam forces the level of the water below the exhaust port, and liquid water stops coming out of the de...

Where is Wright factory?
As a result of Glenn Curtiss' early success, and the backing of the Army, the Curtiss Aeroplane and Motor Company was born, It became the largest aircraft manufacturer in the world during World War I and went public in 1916 with Curtiss as president. Curtiss had become the world's largest aviation ...

I see hydrogen, nickel powder, and a short, energetic reaction. I hate to say it, but this looks an awful lot like the Blacklight Power process. Blacklight published detailed instructions for reproducing it not too long ago. Blacklight can show a lot of heat and light, but it's been many months and ...

Could you clear up a misunderstanding I have? I understand from previous discussions that the charged fusion products (regardless of fuel) would be at such a high energy (MeV's) that the magnetic forces and magnet housing charge would not deflect them significantly. Those headed toward the inner wal...

Why New Mexico?
Why New Mexico? I might have a clue. The utility area is East-Central New Mexico (includes Portales), which is about 100 miles East of Albuquerque. What's in Albuquerque? The University of New Mexico. "One of the most supportive scientists is Jonathan Phillips, a professor in the mechanical engineer...

"...Tycho took great measurements, but had a bogus model. It took Kepler 30 years later to fully model Tycho's measurements correctly." "...A new theory has nothing to do with past experiments, a new theory only relates to new hypothesis and new expreiments. " Thanks for clearing it all up for me. :)

Blacklight power density
I think you understate the power densities they are demonstrating now. I read the Rowan University paper to indicate that for the "50 kW experimental runs" the net heat output is about 1 MJ, or 0.3 kWh. Since Rowan appears to be confirming 50 kW, that implies 50 kW/0.3 kWh = 0.006 h = 20 seconds. Th...
