No money spent. Only time and effort. The next step would be to pay for the full 235 pages, vice the 100 for free. The extra would cost about $21. It really surprised me that they would plead proprietary, especially as it was stated on numerous occasions by Dr. Nebel that the info was restricted by ...

Ok, so I got a letter from NAVAIR Weapons today. Not an email as expected. "review of the docs reveal that they are exempt from disclosure in their entirety under FOIA ex.4 as disclosure would cause substantial harm to the competitive position of the contractor who submitted the company proprietary ...

You know, suspicious timing in this update to the EMC2 homepage. I did check EMC2 earlier this week with no change noted. Given the FOIA final reoslution is due today, it does seem like an unlikely co-incidence. I am really getting my hopes up on the FOIA release content. Finally some data to chew o...

Sorry, no. Out of respect for privacy, I'll not post the name nor contact info for the Coordinator/Office. They have done a great job keeping me up to date, as well as assisting in the process. I do not want misguided curiosity complicating the job they do. If someone wants to run the process gamut ...

Dunno when. But the dealine is COB tomorrow.
COB California time, as that is where the NAVAIR Weapons office is, and my FOIA Coordinator works there. (China Lake).

Brilliant. Oh, I guess, then, we should have just gone ahead and let him do as he pleased while we waited for him to die? Re-start the war with Iran, Re-annex Kuwait (I love that word annex, it just sounds so proper and kind), Continue internal genocides against whomever he felt, especially the ones...

There were several design threads on using nuclear power to fly aircraft. There was also a race for such between the US and Soviets. One set of the US engines were out in Idaho. Maybe still. I recall they were kept on flatcars close to the old 16inch gun testing emplacement that looked out towards t...

Chris,
What would have been your solution?

Obviously you recognise with clarity that the US, partner nations and UN were wrong. So just as obviously you must have the right answer you are dying to tell us all.

What is it?

Chris, Was Wild West Justice something like British due process in India? Africa? The South Pacific? Ireland? Scotland? China? I wonder how the citizens of Hong Kong have been trending in thier feelings of British fair play since 1999? "Why China, we'll be very cross with you if you don't treat thes...

Yup, and I said the same thing in that thread.

Saddam pissed me off because I had to spend 6 months of my life chasing (and catching) UN Sanctions smugglers January to June of 2000 in the Arabian Gulf. I would rather have gone on a south seas cruise painting schools and cleaning up orphanages.

"You're right, the middle east wasn't a problem of yours..... but you sure as heck made it one!" Hmmm. So pressure from Europe about stability of the global econmy has no play in any of it. Maybe we should have stood aside and let Saddam continue the game. Iran, Kuwait, Saudi, Jordan, maybe Qatar, U...

The only really data point we have so far are limited photos of the test plasmas. We know for sure that in the cube the plasma is not a sphere. It is spherical(ish), but with spikes (and maybe edges - but we have not seen a photo showing such yet). I agree the best comprehensive modeling we have see...
