Maybe having a Polywell + POPS system would allow smaller machines producing net power. I am not sure. MSimon is more aware of the advantages of POPS technology. Maybe he may answer this. Which are the final advantages of a POPS system?

This is a SERIOUS research and this is the image we have to communicate. What you are proposing is completely wrong. Image what people will tend to think: " Look those girls in top-less, they are promoting a new energy reactor to change the world..." Come on ... I am a supporter of publicity , but t...

I agree Indrek. Stop political ideas; this a Polywell forum. This forum is becoming plenty of fanatics. Hatred only generates hatred. Fanaticism (doesn´t matter which one) is the cause of all the wars. There are some fanatics in the ME but the same are also in USA and in everywhere. Each ones has th...

Feel yourself confident to write to ABC. You just have to write a short letter and post many Polywell links (videos, Wikipedia, Powerpoint, Patents, Papers,....) Let them get aware of Polywell. It is as simple as that . Then they will choose to make a program if they find it interesting. It will be ...

What about others type of fusion reactors? What is your opinion about them? I think in a near future there will be some types of fusion reactor which may get net power. Then of course, for public use we need the more economical one. In this case I dough that Tokamak will be as competitive as others....

If ,at last, Polywell is a viable reactor do you think that Navy will share this technology so easily?. I am not sure, at least in the first years. If they are developing this reactor is because they will try to take a gap forward. We will have to wait longer to see Polywell feeding the electrical g...

I think at last Tokamaks will work. Maybe its shape is not so good for confinement as an sphere but after the last 50 years of developments they have got closer and closer to break-even. In my opinion if we make a campaign against Tokamaks will be suffering the consequences back very soon. 99.99% of...

The consume to desalinate water (with Inverse Osmosis) plus pumping costs is 4 kWh per m3. A huge plant, which may involve a production of 600 Hm3 per year ( 600,000,000 m3/year), will require 2400 GWh of energy. Working continuously during the whole year is equivalent to a power plant of 2750 MW Th...

MSimon, Definitely you should take away the question mark in the title of your blog. I hope all the best to EMC2 in this new contract. I hope to hear their first results with the new incoming machines are successful. It will be amazing !! We should be patient. As stated by Bussard there are a lot of...

There are also a good couple of pages of FAQs in the document "Should Google Go Nuclear.pdf" . It covers all the questions done to Bussard during his Google Tech-Talk. We should add all these FAQ stuff to the new website

Polywell and Internal Combustion Engine comparison

Here I copy a link to a good story comparison of Polywell development issues and those arose during the invention of the car engine (Written by Tom Ligon). It´s a great fictitious metaphor between both machines that maybe you´ll find interesting. I copy the link from MSimon´s website since I think t...
