I am trying to be very patient while waiting for ladajo's appeal to go through.
It is very difficult. I have refreshed the news section in my browser twice daily for a month.

"Let me look at you with my own eyes"
In WB8.1, presuming pB11 reaction, would the plasma be safe to look at directly? Cause that would be wicked sweet. I presume it would be BRIGHT, sure, but how bright I wonder? Could you marvel at the fusion as you watched it with your own eyes? Braum is really the only thing stopping this, perhaps. ...

Heck folks, if he got the machine on time he could be months away from running it. He needs to wire the power, instrument, install, seal, find leaks, re-install cuz the instruments are in backward, re-seal, trace down that pesky leak....... Give him a month or two. In government speak, a new...

I trust this report. That means they are on schedule. On schedule means that they *actually finished WB-8 on April 30*. Nebel probably had first fusion with it! Rick, if you're reading this and you saw it in action April 30 and beyond and know it produces at least a plasma, you have my greatest cong...

I think we're all realists here. I think ladajo wouldn't take EMC2 to court anyways, even if the appeal wasn't declined and EMC2 didn't comply (because of propriety commercialization), and I think we all support the appeal should it work, but it's safe to say none of us want to see polywell paperwor...

I found this link to help my patience: http://www.foiadvocates.com/appeals_litigation.html As far as the law goes. the appeal must be answered within a 20 business day deadline. ladajo filed on the 7th of February and got a response on the 18th of March. Then he implied he sent in the appeal the nex...

Fair enough. Should I send off for my own FOIA then? Here, have an old text based adventure game response: You come across a wilderness area to a castle in the middle of England. You take the castle. You are French. After a short discourse with Bennmann after he approaches you about a some sort of v...
