Which is all very nice. But this isn't that event-- that event would be like this is the Wrights held tehir "Flight" in a big building to which they invited only a very few close friends. Also, and you seem to be consistently unable to grasp this-- every event you've mentioned was easily verifiable....

Hmmm Still not convinced. These are definitely not "hundreds" of people, but it sure is interesting to see so many claims of the like. Why was there never a follow up on these? Well mass of papers isn't important by itself-- I mean, I can trot over to any of the Young Earth Creationism groups and f...

Yeah-- emphasis on the instrumented.

Axil, When I see high temperature operations, then I will believe it. The nickel catalyst must be far hotter then the output coolant temperature because of low thermal transfer efficiencies. What will the output temperature specification of the commercial Rossi device be? If it is to be sold in thr...

Run Wall of incandescent 100 Watt light-bulbs Until Beyond Doubt Laugh All The Way To The Bank Nope-- run wall of incandescent 100 Watt bulbs-- with someone not affiliated to your company, who has no monetary interest in it, observing. Ditto for the power unit. "Free energy" is one of the most scam...

A few more tidbits posted here. http://pesn.com/2011/01/17/9501746_Focardi-Rossi_10_kW_cold_fusion_prepping_for_market/ You know, the fact that they also mention Blacklight power and it's theories really doesn't fill me with confidence in that article. Enthusiasm has its place, but in science, that...

I am suspicious-- I posted something about this in my Blog , but suffice it to say, we've had many examples of "demonstrations" like this, and They do not impress. The claim about "powering" a factory for two years with a unit would have been vastly more impressive-- had they backed it up with some ...

Ok so the helo - tanker transfers the water to the fire truck and goes for wore while the tanker feeds the fire hoses. Dudes, use your imaginations! This would work in rural areas where there space to land and if it could go 200mph like Lockheed claims then it could get decent response times as wel...

What about the radiation? Even a P+B11 produces some, and the shielding woudl be quite heavy.

Not very-- or rather I doubt polywell will be small enough to power such an aircraft which means you'd have to have some other method of storing the energy and batteries are still far from that. Seriously, I think polywell would lead to synthasized gasoline, which would allow us to continue to use t...

I doubt polywell will *directly* impact food production-- however it will lead likely to a reduction in costs for transport, fertilizer, and storage (refrigeration) which will lead to a reduction in end point prices. BUT, even today, in most cases when we see a famine or price spikes, the cause is p...

China is a "closed" society that is more conducive to keeping secrets than the US. It wouldn't be hard for them to be doing black work on it. Not so much that-- they may not be fully aware of it. I recall a friend who worked at teh state department and he was *amazed* how much paper crossed the dec...

China or India as investors?

Both China and india have some fairly serious oil needs-- India, at last glance, imports about 80% of their fuel. Why not seek out them as polywell investors? India especially has a vast interest in more effective forms of energy and would benefit from the Polywell technology-- likely more than the ...

EMC2 needs to become a for profit company.

I was speaking to a fellow who had invested in some concepts and he stated that the fact that EMC2 was a charitable organization pretty much was a show stopper for him for the following reasons. 1. If it is ever proved, other people will make money off of his investment. 2. "Free" = worthless. How c...

But you would have a hard time keeping the genie in the bottle in regards to using Polywell as a breeder. DD / DT setup would garauntee it, PB&J would just mean they would have to add shielding, then fuel it with DD. That's true-- but the problem is that you can't keep the genie in the bottle no ma...
