Google Solve for X on aneutronic fusion (Focus Fusion)

Post by Ivy Matt »

From the Focus Fusion Society's Facebook page:
Big news! Lawrenceville Plasma has attended Google’s Solve For X Fusion Brainstorming Conference in Mountainside, California.

Tri-Alpha, General Fusion, and Lockheed-Martin's teams were also present. They were joined by a panel of nine fusion experts from Princeton, MIT, the University of Wisconsin, and UCLA.
I have as yet been unable to find videos from the other teams, apart from a video by Charles Chase of Lockheed-Martin, from earlier this year.
Temperature, density, confinement time: pick any two.

Interesting. Hopefully more videos will come out, including Focus Fusion's afternoon talk.

This "Solve For x, 30 min scientific presentation at Fusion Brainstorming Conference" video was added few hours ago on Eric Lerner's youtube account, I assume it is the afternoon talk.
