A good place to run the experiment would be where those two moons of was it Saturn or Jupiter exchange orbits periodically. Set up the apparatus on each of the moons and run the experiment during the exchange. They compare the result to have the two apparatus pass by each other in empty space.

Anyone have any thoughts on what should be seen if a Mach Effect device were operated near the LIGO detector?
