Royal Society Event: Fusion energy using tokamaks: can development be accelerated?

The Royal Society Event organizes in London a scientific meeting with the topic: Fusion energy using tokamaks: can development be accelerated? The date of the event is March 26-27 2018. Spherical high field tokamaks will be discussed both by Tokamak Energy and Dennis Whyte. JT-60SA, ITER and EUROfusion are also represented at the meeting. More general issues will also be discussed according to the programme.
Daniel Clery will give a talk titled: Alternatives to tokamaks: a faster-better-cheaper route to fusion energy?

Audio recordings of the talks are available as mp3-files in connection with the abstracts. The slides of the talks are at least not yet available.
