This reminds me of the electrolytic cold fusion fiasco.

Claimed energy costs less than a tenth natural gas? That smells of a badly considered scam.

Well at least is something new. I never saw before an excess energy scam connected to an ICO with Token sales.
It's always the same crap in the end, but gotta give them credits for the fantasy that they are showing.

I wonder if Rossi will follow their steps in launching an ICO

A quick search of people's names/pictures shows the involvement of some in previous ICO/Tokens scams.
The profiles/pictures of the scientists are made up. A scam not even well planned.
Rossi at least involved some real people to make it look more real

Sounds like an investment you could lose your pants on.

Here's what we did over on nasaspaceflight forum:

It only took a couple of days to flush it.

The metal- hydrogen reactions seem to be the most sensical of the theories, does titanium even fit with the pattern of most researchers using nickel or palladium?

"Other lattice metals may offer more favorable virtual state nuclear reaction prospects; these remain to be explored. Other metals e.g., titanium, nickel, manganese may also yield more favorable in situ DD reaction characteristics." (p 7, General Conclusions).

No conditions are found at which the reaction rates can
ever reach values of interest for power generation by i
situ virtualstate DD reactions alone; the rates are all
too low by 12 to 14 orders of magnitude. Thus, some
other source of energy production must be found if large
power generation is sought.- Robert Bussard
