This is in line with the similar decision made last year in the UK.

This goes against my rooted cynicism, too much good news in one day makes me nervous.
Counting the days to commercial fusion. It is not that long now.

Well, the NRC now says that it will be fusion regulation BASED on the byproduct materials regulation. Lets hope they don't screw this up like they screwed up fission.
