About the outage and upgrade

Another nice thing about the upgrade is that the pages are formatted specifically for mobile when using a phone and it is much more readable. At least it does for me, using Android and Chrome.

Another benefit of the upgrade after the outage is that topic titles can be much longer than previously, which is really nice.
