Donations to EMC2
Newcomers should look at all the Polywell-related links (for example as listed here), so we don't have to duplicate them here.
So, let's turn this thread into brainstorming about how we can encourage lots of regular people to contribute to EMC2. For example, a progress thermometer might be very helpful in motivating people. But the NMCF has been giving very mixed messages about what data they will make available. Any ideas on how we can shake loose that information, or other things we could do to encourage and support individual donations?

SpaceDev
According to the Space Show on March 4, Jim Benson is working with Dr. Bussard to come to an agreement, after which they will attempt to get investors. Nothing on the SpaceDev webpage about this so far... should we contact them as a group and see what's going on?

I've tried contacing SpaceDev management twice for any sort of official comment on the Bussard stuff and never get any replies or call backs.EmilG wrote:According to the Space Show on March 4, Jim Benson is working with Dr. Bussard to come to an agreement, after which they will attempt to get investors.
