How to terraform Venus and provide fast transportation through out the solar system with this one weird trick

The main limitation for the use of Dyson-Harrop satellites:

for the generation of electrical energy has been transporting it and converting it to civilized use. However, one thing this machine excels at is directing and sorting solar wind particles.

You could use a pair of these devices, one sending ions, the other sending electrons to a focal region where the beams are combined and focused into a neutral beam. This neutral beam won’t spread as fast as a pure beam due to the charge balance that exists inside of it. A beam with an energy of a billion gigawatts could be directed throughout the solar system.

Venus has a thick atmosphere that is poisonous, very hot, and very high pressure. A billion gigawatts of the neutral beam striking the atmosphere at a glancing angle will literally tear Venus’s atmosphere off of the planet over enough time. The beam could be turned off at the point where the remaining atmosphere can be further refined.

The beam could provide an impulse to spacecraft to achieve high-velocity travel throughout the solar system.

Scott Yannitell

slightly off subject of terraforming but this place is real ,,,atomic vegetables

Fixing the atmosphere of Venus is the easy part.

That chunk of rock has a day longer than its year. This could be even worse than being tidally locked to always have on side facing the Sun. In that condition, at least there could be a narrow habitable band at the terminator, between a side constantly baked and a side constantly in the deep freeze. But on Venus, that magic spot would creep slowly.

Venus is too hard.

Floating cloud cities seem the most viable option. Still hard though with poisonous atmosphere.

Titan is much friendlier.

Actually blasting the edge of the planet with a billion gigawatts of pure kinetic energy might give the planet a rotation boost. Might be a little too much so you may have to alternate which side of the planet you strike every few years.

The intense ionizing radiation will convert carbon dioxide into oxygen and tons of buckyballs.. Too bad they are deadly when inhaled

Funnel the atmosphere into Fusion engines on the equator. Then play cosmic billiards with the Oort cloud. Send a stream of water rich comets to collide with Venus on opposite sides from opposite directions until the rotation builds up. Should work fine over a few thousands of years, some patience required.

Well the transportation idea should work, its got over 1.78 jiggawatts per square meter of beam intersection

If we really wanted to control CO2 in the atmosphere we sure could. There been several test pilot programs that indicate this can be done cheaply. But strangely the people who are stopping these programs from proceeding are the actual environmentalists that are complaining about the feeding process in the first place.
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Ocean_fertilization
In July 2012, the Haida Salmon Restoration Corporation dispersed 100 short tons (91 t) of iron sulphate dust into the Pacific Ocean several hundred miles west of the islands of Haida Gwaii. The Old Massett Village Council financed this project as a salmon enhancement project with $2.5 million in village funds.[8] The concept was that the formerly iron-deficient waters would produce more phytoplankton that would in turn serve as a "pasture" to feed salmon. Then-CEO Russ George hoped to sell carbon offsets to recover the costs. The project was plagued by charges of unscientific procedures and recklessness. George contended that 100 tons of iron is negligible compared to what naturally enters the ocean.[9]

Some environmentalists called the dumping a "blatant violation" of two international moratoria.[8][10] George said that the Old Massett Village Council and its lawyers approved the effort and at least seven Canadian agencies were aware of it.[9]

The 2013 salmon runs defied all expectations, more than quadrupling, from 50 million to 226 million fish
So by basically running the numbers a few thousand long tons of iron sulfate put into the oceans in strategic locations such as upwelling and streams like the Gulf stream could remove half of the carbon attributive to anthropological warming in three years.

No worries.

If it was a real threat, it would have done the deed eons ago, when it was hotter than now.
