Frankly messing up the franchise is a big deal. Too big for Port Chester to be the reason for doing something like this. If I thought that this would improve what to me has always been the armpit of Westchester Co. I might be for it. but nothing could help Port Chester. It's the ultimate bypassed town, bypassed by the Turnpike, bypassed by time and bypassed by anything approaching good governance for the last 40 years in my personal experience. I don't want Port Chester to be the place that the American republic died. Trust me, the place just isn't worth it.
