Why Is The US Treasury Quietly Ordering "Surival Kits" For US Bankers?

The Department of Treasury is spending $200,000 on survival kits for all of its employees who oversee the federal banking system, according to a new solicitation. As FreeBeacon reports, survival kits will be delivered to every major bank in the United States and includes a solar blanket, food bar, water-purification tablets, and dust mask (among other things). The question, obviously, is just what do they know that the rest of us don't?

No cyanide tablets, rope for hanging themselves, skydiving instructions? At least they should have some music to help calm their frazzled nerves.

Line up the open windows for Politicians and their Bankster cronies, responsible for massive socialist ballooning sovereign wealth and the ever popping economic bubbles, and don't forget the architects, the gubbermant courtesans - Keynesian economists.

Obama Lies to Cubans, and Exposes His Real Purpose

Image

The Castros accumulated so much cash offshore in 50 years that now they’ll perhaps spend a few of those hard-earned Dollars, (not the “Cuban Convertible Pesos – CUC,” or the lowly “Cuban Pesos – CUP”) on a tractor or two, . . . umm, oh hang on, America is already a principal supplier of products to Cuba. So what gives? Easy: Banking and credit. The bankers are looking for direct access to the Castro generals, rather than having to circumnavigate around sanctions through European or Canadian banks. While it is entirely possible that Obama is looking for a pretext to close Guantanamo before he leaves office and turn over the land to Castro, the banks don’t much care — they have their eyes on cash.

"Cheerful" Dutch Financier Becomes 4th ABN Amro Banker Suicide

Image

Following the deaths of 36 bankers last year, 2015 has got off to an inauspicious start with the reported suicide of Chris Van Eeghen - the 4th ABN Amro banker suicide in the last few years. As Quotenet reports, the death of Van Eghen - the head of ABN's corporate finance and capital markets -"startled" friends and colleagues as the 42-year-old "had a great reputation" at work, came from an "illustrious family," and enjoyed national fame briefly as the boyfriend of a famous actress/model. As one colleague noted, "he was always cheerful, good mood, and apparently he had everything your heart desired. He never sat in the pit, never was down, so I was extremely surprised. I can not understand."

"Unfortunately, the government of Canada has ordered the main stream media in Canada not to cover this court case, because it strikes at the heart of the debt money system. . ."

I am not familiar with Canada's laws but I would never have guessed that such a thing is legal, nor plausible. Is it lawful for the government to instruct the media what to not cover? Apart from whether this is legal or not, is it plausible? Could such a thing occur without the people revolting? Is there even a back door communications system where the government could instruct the media, without drawing media attention?

I couldn't get past the first minute in, this seems such an outrageous series of claims.

Why does he not offer some links to some facts at the video description, but some bitcoin donation link?

Kinda reminds me of other emotional bullshitters, who try to force you to watch some long blathering emotional video, rather than give me the actual facts fast. "Utilities don't want you to see this video!!!11" etc and similar scams.

He lost me at "Gold Money Lovers". Which is a massive fail on his part.

Fiat money will not produce general inflation if it keeps pace with the supply of goods and services. The trouble with fiat is that central bankers cannot resist temptation. Which goes back to Keynes who was of the opinion that you can get an economy to exceed its natural productive capacity by increasing the money supply.

And if the money is invested in productive capacity - that does work. But bankers get greedy. And then the investment gets less productive and THEN you get inflation.

Of course "earning" interest on money creation gives banks the wrong incentive. So ending that is the first corrective needed.

Good analysis from majromax at reddit

http://www.reddit.com/r/canada/comments ... _sued_the/

Federal courts striking down the claims of the plaintiff Committee on Monetary and Economic Reform several times and giving them one more opportunity to resubmit their claim is not certainly "Canadian people suing the Bank of Canada and winning" like some sources try to imply.

Media isn't probably talking about this lawsuit because it hasn't gone anywhere yet and it hasn't really succeeded in anything yet.

Another JPMorgan Banker Dies After Murder-Suicide: Chokes Wife, Stabs Himself To Death

Image

By now, there have been so many banker-related suicides that it has become a moot point of i) tracking them all or ii) trying to find a pattern. And yet, one name continues to stand out: JPMorgan. The bank which has been most prominent among the list of "suicided" bankers notched one more casualty over the weekend when "a JPMorgan Chase & Co. employee strangled and stabbed his wife to death before turning the knife on himself, according to police who are treating the couple’s death in Bergen County, New Jersey as a murder-suicide."

As I and others here have suggested:
williatw wrote:If I had to guess...maybe they played fast and loose with the wrong kinds of people's money. People not as "forgiving" as the Obama administration/Congress was in the financial crises. The kind of people who might fit one with a pair of cement overshoes; or in the case of high profile people arrange some kind of accident/suicide.
That is probably the common thread "losing" the wrong people's money.
