There is potential there, but I think the most you can get is a probabilistic analysis. Nice to see someone making the effort, though.

A breakdown of order does it. Wars do that.

But the same thing happens from an effort to impose too much order. See '76, 17.

Also alcohol prohibition is instructive. Some disorder must be accommodated to avoid too much disorder.

In any case disorder is built in.

Instead of allowing for the occasional disorder of allowing everyone to be armed you get the disorder of mass murder.
