I hate the dehumanizing atmosphere of the corporate culture, the people on top seem to think that they own you and try to tie you into knots. The utter contempt those of us who actually produce get from management and HR. It's like living a little socialist state and I don't think that's an accident. this happens when the people in management become institutional rather than entrepreneurial. I think that this is because graduation from the ivy covered snob factories has become a ticket to the top through the financial side and the creative people who actually make the products are treated like widgets. Here's a case in point:
