Small, nothing ambitious: they slow everything objectionable down and get rid of their 20% enriched U, and we free up five or ten billion. We all see how it works and make plans for the next round of negotiations.
A credible beginning. Lots of pretentious and quite frankly tendentious horsepucky by a lot of nonplayers, which all of the players are quite rightly ignoring studiously.

We need a directorate of science, and we need it to be voted on only by scientists. You don't get to vote on reality. Get over it. Elected officials that deny the findings of the Science Directorate are subject to immediate impeachment for incompetence.
