Hmmm, I'm tempted to click on one of those links to the pamphlet given in the article.

But, dang, the CIA is openly providing a how-to guide to sabotage. This contraption reminds me of all those Victor traps set in my garage, baited with peanut butter and chocolate. Do I see a big red V on it?

The Gutenberg link is safe.
Also, one of my agency buddies told me that this doc has been haunting them for years. He thinks it is funny it surfaced again.
