The soft bigotry of low expectations. They don't expect women and minorities to be able to keep up with certain fields, therefor those fields must be "racist" and "sexist" to deflect from their biased expectations.
The daylight is uncomfortably bright for eyes so long in the dark.

I like the bit from the article about that.
The cognitive research-supported view of knowledge is not “male-dominant.” It’s accurate. And it’s a pretty darn sorry form of feminism that implies only men can know truth and that insists on keeping women and minorities ignorant while pretending to do the opposite.
