Giorgio, 12,060kW capacity for steam with a 1 psi gauge pressure drop. Hey, listen up. If your first equality is correct (11,500BTU/min = 202kW; and it is) then the capacity is 0.2MW, not 12MW. You are off by almost 2 OoM. 202kW per minute Ah, now I see. This explains your uncritical support of all...

If it does work, 1 megawatt will be difficult to explain away. Much easier. Device with total input of 120Kw electricity producing steam. The whole 1MW thing is total nonsense, waste of time. All that is needed for Rossi to become one of richest men in the world, if e-cat works, is proper test of s...

E-cat running at 110C for 3 hours, then having to cool down 35 minutes from 110C to 100C at INCREASED water flow, that sounds suspicios, sorry. OK, what exactly is the problem there? It is too long. Very rough estimate: If 'normal' water flow would be 1/6 of "increased" water flow and there would b...

At 19:25 the H2 was allowed to escape and the cooling water rate increased. And those are these little details that always spoil the thing... Why was water rate increased? And why it took so darn long to cool down after increasing water rate? It would be much more convincing if hydrogen was depresu...

What has really caught my eye is how long it took, after "switching off" the reactor by depresurising hydrogen and after increasing water flow, to get from 110C down to 100C - about 40 minutes if I have noticed well.

Luzr, If Rossi refuses to allow any basic measurements of 5kW machine for 'security concerns', do you think going 1MW will make it any easier? Why don't you read my post and that of Cart White above, both of which say individual units will be tested? That is definitely good and fine and I am...

Luzr, A little homework and all would be clear. 1. There will be a detailed test of just one unit. Not just at the upcoming 1 MW demo, but also at Upssala U. using a closed loop for the working fluid. 2. 1 MW is a commercial size. It has been sold pending verification of the output. The energy it g...

Sounds like the 1 MW plant demo is still on schedule. Well, "1MW plant demo" is one thing that makes me thing Rossi is scam. Could you please explain me what is this demo good for? All data could have been obtained by _proper_ testing of single unit. Why 1MW demo? Just because it sounds good to att...

Well, currently we do not know whether it can be done even in theory and what the consequences would be. Unlike leaving solar system and finding another habitable planet, we at least have a clue that changing genom might be possible some day. That was my point. Plus what is the point of having a ge...

They would need at least several hours in a centrifuge every day , AFAIK. Also, once your muscles deterriorate beyond a certain point, your joints, bones and breathing start to suffer and you will basically loose all chance of ever returning to a world with gravity. I dont think any of this is desi...

At this point, the main issue in my mind is Defkalion which has had lots of time with the E-Cat and seems to still be moving forward in a well-orgainized and well-funded manner. 3) They (along with Ampenergo) are part of pretty massive Rossi-lead fraud for money. Well, "seems to be" is the really c...

Exactly! I still do not quite understand why everybody is so dedicated about colonizing planets... Well, of course our solar system has an expiration date and before that even we could be hit by a gamma ray burst or some other cosmic catastrophy that can not be prevented. In all these cases mankind...
