Rossi is fast approaching critical mass for "Put up or Shut up". Rossi has "put up" multiple times and has kept his trade secrets in tact. A line of willing buyers awaits. Here is another story... to keep the oil speculators up at night: http://oilprice.com/Energy/Energy-General/Does-Rossi-s-E-Cat-...

METHOD OF ENHANCING RADIOACTIVITY DECAY
Could something like this be used inside a Rossi reactor to increase beta decay of nickel?

This is a real question, and I'd appreciate any helpful responses.

Doesn't use Ni or H, but produces the same amount of steam (alleged 4.7kw) with only 900w of input and if you raise the temperature enough and insulated it or pressurize it, you'll only need to add heat periodically after the initial heating to maintain control. :) Now add enough heat to it in less...

Send me more money. Show me a H-Ni demo producing 1/1000 the output of Rossi and you might have something to brag about. That would be something if Rossi had been asking for money since January. Instead, he has promised to deliver a 1MW plant for paying customers by the end of October. In that time...

As soon as we learn the secret sauce we will be right on it. But according to the vocal majority, there is no secret sauce because it doesn't really work.. so in other words... talk, talk, talk... Reverse engineering is not the only way to discover a catalyst... As a rank amateur, I can tell you a ...

Good lord. Talk about a payback curve. Try to find one that emits the same noise as a dishwasher. Try to find one that fits 6 months of fuel in a shipping container, or 20Kg for that matter. Ask NASA what they pay for a Radioisotope thermoelectric generator. Early adopters often pay a premium for c...

Replication
where he cannot avoid anymore not to pay or to further delay the UoB contract. Apparently Blacklight Power, Inc. has had some success replicating the Rossi Ni-H experiments. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DfjOIoPwolg The aptly named talk-polywell crowd has spent hundreds of hours trying to debunk R...

Why can't we work to build one of those? Instead of all this useless bickering. Requires no new theories. I am assembling parts to build some simple Rossi reactors. I am in contact with others who are also building replications. My tests will be with two units operating side by side with Ni+H in on...

I'll do the experiement.. but to whos satisfaction?
If you do have spare time feel free to do all the test you deem feasible and necessary, than do post here the results in a detailed way. I will be happy to check them. I have spare time and a little budget.. but I don't have access to a lab or the skills and equipment to measure the radiation or tr...

Haven't seen a peer reviewed experiment from Rossi, Focardi or Piantelli till now. Care to link me to one? It didn't happen if it wasn't peer reviewed? Feel free to review any of these papers: www.lenr-canr.org/acrobat/CampariEGsurfaceana.pdf www.lenr-canr.org/acrobat/CampariEGphotonandp.pdf www.le...

No cathode
Rossi says that a Bunsen burner could be used to generate the heat for the reaction. No cathode or volts required.

Re: Reply to bhl
I believe he began with the last study done by Focardi. See http://www.lenr-canr.org/acrobat/CampariEGsurfaceana.pdf Thank you for the response and playing along. I agree that that study looks like a an early prototype. Obviously the biggest difference is between Ni bars and Ni nanopowder. Are we _...

Re: How would you recreate the Rossi discovery?
Any leak and it will go bang. Thanks Tom. It does seem like a prototype could be made with off the shelf stainless pipe. Besides, Rossi's device appears to start producing heat at around 60C. (Which I guess is why he can have the 300w heating element is on the outside of the device.) According to R...

How would you recreate the Rossi discovery?
Imagine a philanthropist came on this list and gave everyone a chance to be the first to replicate all or part of the Rossi claims. If you succeed, he'll give you or a charity a million dollars. If you mock him, tell him he's an idiot, or use the word 'scam' in your reply, you get nothing. What expe...
