It's a total waste of money in both cases: if the project is failed as well as if it is succeeded. Small satellites may be sufficient for communication and existing delivery systems are adequate. Human space, planetary flights are the most inefficient way to gain the technological expertise. It had...

Yes, and the holy spirit will descend upon Rossi and rise him to new messiah status. You have some serious issues Axil. All relative my friend; you probably do not take seriously the implications of non-collapse of wave function so, the relativity of state is not exactly an implication you may perc...

long time I dont follow the Rossi´s LERN device... so, after all these months... any veredict? Is the effect real? Or was it a scam? From my perspective: 1) The likelihood that it is a deliberate fraud is getting down to almost zero%. 2) The likelihood that Rossi suffers a serious personality issue...

If you think that a 2" pipeline can indefinitely transfer any amount of steam just because you wish so than you must have no knowledge of steam transport technology and of the related concepts like the choked flow condition, just to name one. You seem to ignore also what could be the radial and axi...

From what I see on the construction of the demo reactor, Who in their right mind would buy it (for a utility purpose). It's only value if it works is to be torn down and reverse engineered, that's all, and I am sure Rossi would have legal's in place to prevent capitalizing on that. If the above is ...

Back of the envelope check on the exit pipe some have speculated at 2" diameter. steam flow 10.27lb/min through 2" pipe - 240 diameters for 1 psi gauge pressure drop. http://www.gutenberg.org/files/22657/22657-h/chapters/flow.html Say 1150 btu/lb to boil water 1 BTU/minute equals 0.01757 kilowatt. ...

I have thought of hydrogen. You are the confused one. A simple reaction describing the process of Binding energy per nucleon. 62 Ni + ~ 8.9 MeV (energy needed to pull one nucleon (proton in this case)off of the parent nuclei) --yields -- 61 Co + Proton (hydrogen nucleus. The reverse reaction is 61 ...

This effectively neutralizes the proton so no Coulomb repulsion. How effectively? As all mentioned are only assumptions of possibility. But as I understand nobody has proved yet that shielding of Coulomb barrier is possible. Besides may be Muon Catalysis which also has shown extremely low energy ba...

As forecast, Rossi can expect a lifetime of in-fighting. See the latest open letter from the CEO(?) of Defkalion to Stremmenos. Dear Christo, It was with profound regret that I read your public letter and personal attacks against Defkalion..... It's quite well written in contrast with Rossi's commu...

Good luck collecting enough Karma to change the laws of the universe, but as long as there are asholes like me, I fear, you wont be successful. I find this so funny that I compensate at least 10 of your kind :p. Sure you may keep your world together; frankly, the multiverse is big enough to accommo...

And Polywell could have worked as well. The target audience of such a scam probably would not put Polywell in a wholly different category than LENR. IMO, polywell is a bit more credible, physics wise, as well as personalia wise. I hope you're not going to compare Bussard & Nebel against Piantelli &...

I think this is a fraud. Moreover I am sure it is. So, .... All points you've made make a perfect sense... however, for fraud it is TOO badly orchestrated. It would be actually easier to invent LENR then to maintain such uncontrollable scheme with so many involved people with no skin in the game......
