Baseball Polywell

I still think you could make a polywell with a single coil - shaped like the stitching of a baseball.

Of Line Cusps

The Wiffle Ball affect is supposed to close all line cusps and result in only point cusps. Is that right? If so, then what I don't get is why it is so important that WB6 and WB7 have spacing between coils so that the field lines do not intercect the next coil. Isn't this the gap where the line cusps...

Here is something interesting for those still following cold fusion. http://gizmodo.com/393119/scientist-creates-cold-fusion-for-the-first-time-in-decades Arata used pressure to force deuterium gas into an evacuated cell that contained a palladium and zirconium oxide mix (ZrO2-Pd). Arata said that t...

Tomorrow's weather ??? How about the weather one second from now? 93143, your solution reminds me of Einstein's solution of the U-boat problem in WWII. I am curious to know what his solution was? I know that Will Rogers suggested boiling the oceans. When asked how to do it he said, "I never worry a...

It is probably a more solvable problem to build a time machine and go a hundred years into the future to check the climate than it is to accurately model it.

So the point of the paper is that ITT grabbed up all of his patents in order to supress his great discovery. But, if they owned all of his patents, then why didn't they just take the next logical step and OWN THE WORLD ENERGY MARKET. That would seem to make sense. As to the quoted part, it sounds li...

This is very easy. Climate models are based on theory. The theory is that more CO2 causes the global temperatures to go up. The models demonstrate what would happen if the theory were right. That is all. They do not prove the theory. They are based on the theory . The theory is unproven so the model...

Dumb Idea

Please forgive me because I am really not a very bright guy. I don't understand anything about nuclear physics and I have absolutely no basis for posting an idea of any kind at all. But, if you take the time to shoot down my thought, it might bring me to a higher level of understanding - higher than...

I can't take this anymore. Anyone know the lab hours? I am going to sneak in and install hidden cameras. (/kidding) ... or you could just call Dr. Nebel at home and ask him how it's going. His number is listed. I think you should do the rude but not illegal thing before jumping right to the illegal...

I'm with you there. BTW... this was a really funny read. http://www.realclimate.org/index.php?p=13 It discusses why CO2 going up lags behind the warming period following ice ages. To summarize: An unknown something or another starts temperatures to warm. CO2 doesn't, distressfully. BUT... once temp...

I have doubts the polywell is on congresses radar yet. But if we get positive results out of WB7 I wouldn't be surprised to see them stepping on each other to claim early support. I heard from one of my private sources that it was on their radar last Sept or Oct. Once funding is approved I'll tell ...

seedload, The temperature history of the USA is notoriously bad. Check out Anthony Watts' Surface Stations blog. The USA data is the best in the world (not disputed). Thus global warming is based on very bad data. China - no continuous record. Russia the same. Africa the same. For all of South Amer...

Second, we know that CO2 is very high right now - a third higher than it has ever been. Please explain how the Earth had CO2 levels around 7,000 ppm for hundreds of millions of years. Almost 20X higher than current levels. As to CO2 tracking temperature. It does. First temp rises then CO2 follows w...
