Yes, but when the redress, in the form of additional taxes and/or regulation, adversely affects those of us who had nothing to do with the original injustice in the firs place, then additional injustice is created. This is not acceptable.

Economic "efficiency" is really a code word for economic freedom, which is at least as important as any of the other freedoms that we take for granted.

It seems the Dr. B would have had something of a plan of action and milestones (POA&M) that he presented to the Navy to get his ~$1M funding last year. Does anyone have a copy of that POA&M? Wouldn't it be public info and available under the FOIA?

You might have to go the FOIA route. And that presumes you can reference the document.

Despite the skepticism, Nebel and his colleagues have already drawn up a plan for the next step: an 18-month program to build and test a larger fusor prototype. "We're shopping that around inside the DOD [Department of Defense], and we'll see what happens," he said.

It would seem that at least a part of the effort early this year will be spent with phonecalls and handshakes. If we're lucky, we might get wind of a green-light for the Next Big Step, whatever that will be.

Meanwhile, the Navy's been kind enough to keep their lights on and hands busy.

If the "plan" that is mentioned were made public, we might be able to push it ahead even faster. Does anyone have any pull with EMC2 or Dr. Nebel to bring the "plan" into the light?
