What is the state of play with the polywell research?
Is the any news/results?
How much funding are they getting?
Is there an up to date time line progress?

There has, apparently, been some real progress, but the details are quite obscure at this point. Most of what you might need to know can be found in this thread: viewtopic.php?t=965

Note that there is considerable political debate in the thread, so you'll have to pick through it to get the few details. In fact you might just want to stop after a couple of pages. But the news boils down to a successful test of the last model. There are also lots of threads on the site speculating as to what the next step will be... but they're just that: speculation.

We really don't know if or when there will be more information forthcoming.
