maybe, still have the heat problem to deal with but it looks like moore's law will stay valid a lot longer than expected.
I am not a nuclear physicist, but play one on the internet.

the heat problem isn't the only impediment to moore's law.
and besides moore's law, there's also the von-nuemann bottleneck.

I think there is some problems with finding materials with similar expansion coefficient to prevent delamination problems. but several solutions are in the works.
I am not a nuclear physicist, but play one on the internet.
