No single prize is quite in the league needed for Polywell WB-100, but interesting, and a sign of the times.

hopefully the X-Prize foundation does not rely on 3rd party companies to do reviews on the validity of the technologies of the contenders in any of the races. They`d better have their own specialists for that or this whole thing is quite stupid.

I'm not sure they validate tech at all, or should for that matter. I think they just set goals and evaluate whether they were reached -- whether the tech works is the competitors' problem.
