Tony Barry has graciously offered his assistance in deleting spam before most people can see it. He has the advantage of living in Australia, and so is likely to be online at times when both MSimon and I are asleep.

Both Tony and MSimon understand that their task is just to delete obvious spam — most typically, pornography and advertisements for drugs. They won't be deleting legitimate posts for being inflammatory, argumentative, or even Just Plain Wrong. We believe in free speech here, and the line between free discussion of the actual topic, and pushing porn or drugs, is generally quite clear.

Thanks to both of these guys in helping to keep our forum clean and accessible.
