Apologies for the long down time

It's been a long few months. In case anyone's curious:
1. Dreamhost (our hosting provider) provides "one-click installs" for things like phpBB, with automatic upgrades!
2. But they appear to think (incorrectly) that the latest version of phpBB is 3.0.13. (It's not.)
3. In January, automatically upgraded PHP itself to version 7.
4. phpBB 3.0.13 is not compatible with PHP 7.
And thus, everything was broken for months. With the help of one of our kind users, I tried to find a way to upgrade phpBB manually, but that didn't go well, so instead I have (for now) downgraded PHP back to the previous version, and this appears to have us running again.
I will revisit this in the summer, and try to get on the latest version of everything, when I am confident I can do so safely without losing any of the content we've built here over the years.
So, my apologies for the long delay. I hope you enjoy your discussions!
