It is quite interesting in that it seems electron beams have a natural tendency to self oscillate that seems to be somewhat configuration independent.

This points up again the argument that we need a better understanding of how the organization occurs within WB-6/7, particularly whether we are seeing edge annealing or beam bunching or both.

I hope they have the equipment to measure such phenomena this time around.
