A syringe that could inject both a vaccine and a covert RFID chip stretches credibility. The RFID systems I've seen are far too large for a conventional hypodermic needle, the antenna being a limiting factor. And widespread vaccinations can't be justified unless the disease becomes widespread. But I can believe the Barrycade regime would do it if they could.
The daylight is uncomfortably bright for eyes so long in the dark.

Eye scans work well enough. Or just the toll reader that so many have in their autos. Or your cell phone.

They don't have to inject you with anything.
