Great images Torulf. If you wanted to extend it, it would be cool to see some electron recirculation:
http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jmp1cg3-WDY . I imagine an electron beam coming out through the small opening and then fountaining-out to re-enter through the larger openings. btw, it would seem that the existing cage around the polywell is a bit close for this to occur.
Actually that video might not be entirely correct. Here is some discussion:
viewtopic.php?t=27. And I learn something new - I didn't realise the coils where held at a high potential.
