Cultural Sovereignty

Cultural Sovereignty is one of the biggest mistakes politicians can make. They think that by making their cultural rules into laws they no longer have to sell the culture because government will enforce it.
The Alcohol Prohibition folks made this mistake.
The safer route is to have no cultural laws so that the sales effort must be continuous.
