Unfortunately is 3 cent for "thermal" kWh, not for electric kWh, as this was built as a thermal generator.

Overall the design is not of a great performance, for either the electric conversion or the thermal generation, especially considering that it is working at a 300 Sol concentration factor and it offer a very limited steam capacity production for m2 of occupied area (power footprint of less than 0.4 kWt/m2).

An interesting read nevertheless, thanks for pointing it out.
