new take on a water heater rocket

assuming a water heater holds 60 gallons or so, how much ISP could you expect from LOX/kerosene? This wouldn't be a steam rocket, the idea was to stack the two, on top of a simple rocket cone, and pressure feed. It was a wacky idea that came up while talking with someone on AIM, who mentioned a project using water heaters.
