You should have a business plan before you post this, and put something up at CFL: https://www.cofounderslab.com/

Co-founders know that any project they take on together, is open to reappraisal so you don't need to say this. Also I'd suggest the podcast series on How to Start A Startup taught by Y Combinator at Stanford, especially the segment on basic accounting and law practice for a startup, but the whole series is excellent.

Thanks for the advice. I've started a couple of companies before, however this endeavor is quite a bit different. I love that website you linked - cofounderslab! what a find!
