When you put sols 1528 and 1402 (without the red ellipses) into Wolfram's new neural-net image identifier (
http://www.imageidentify.com ) it comes back with "Vertebrate". Heh.
All of the Mars images are from NASA/JPL's website, cropped, with minimal enhancement for some.

You're confused, the aliens didn't build the truncated pyramid on Pluto, they built it on Ceres.
