So, if they (EU) will not buy, I to spite of them will not sell. Certainly it's funny and seems as idiotic. But if recall that it is propaganda, that may work for internal usage. In conditions when in any bad things happening in Iran they automatically accuse Israel and USA.

Russians say: "If there is no water in the crane, means that water has been drunk by Jews". But it is not official Russian propaganda, but Iranian - yes. And this propaganda has a lot of followers both inside in Iran and also in whole Islamic world as well.

It is very true to consider intended audience. But that rule applies just as much to the speaker as the listener. It is often forgotten, that there are more folks listening than the intended audience, and those other folks often do not know they are NOT the intended audience.

Why do you think Western media often ignore Bahrain's deadly crackdown on protests?

1) Because Bahrain is home to US Navy's Fifth Fleet and is Britain's and Saudi Arabia's regional ally.

2) Because the number of protesters killed by the Bahraini regime is lower than those in Egypt and Libya

3) Because Western media do not want to highlight the sufferings of Bahrain's Shia majority.

In any event, your government writes great propanganda articles. The are entertaining at the least.
I really liked the photo of the "Super Carrier" Kitty Hawk, implied to be deploying to Isreal by being the centerpiece photo in the article. You may want to note that Kitty Hawk was decommissioned and taken out of service in May of 2009, and in any event would never have gone to Israel from its former Homeport in Japan. (Wrong fleet....)

Like Joseph asks you, why is it Iran is never wrong? Why is it everyone else? Is this a product of your government driven media making up propaganda from half truths? Pretty soon, if they follow historical patterns, they will dispense with the half truth based rhetoric, and just go with flat out fantasy. It is a studied measure of the level of desperation of a ruling power. The more full fantasy propaganda, the more at risk they are feeling. For an example look at Syria. The government there is full on theme right now with fantasy based "foreign terrorist armed gangs". Ironically, the only folks shipping weapons to Syria right now are Iran and Russia. Funny that.
Kind of like Momar in Libya. Look how things turned out for him. "Foreign Armed Gangs" - a familiar theme.
How long will it take before you start seeming rampant reports in Iran about "foreign armed terrorist gangs", instead of the once a month or so you get now?
I fear the end is drawing closer for your government, and I really do hope that the downfall they will endure does not destroy you all.
They get more silly every time they talk. Not a good sign.

Oh, cut him a break. His English (Murkin) is actually pretty dang good, and you know as well as I do that there is an implicit "others" in the statement that you quote above:
